Velocis believes that IT Support is not just about fixing a box that has a flashing light on it, or has stopped working. It’s about supporting the business's and the users, who are utilising the technology. Sometimes it’s just reassurance that’s needed, other times it maybe hardware that needs replacing or a software upgrade. Our support is flexible so we can work with you ensuring that the support is tailored to suit your business. Velocis offers two types of support, an all inclusive contract, where you pay a fixed price regardless of how many times you need support from us. You can pay monthly or annually, multi-term contracts are available at very competitive rates. If not you can use our Pay as You Go agreements where a project will be individually priced up for you, and you pay as we support.
