Velocis IT support is delivered by a dedicated team of engineers, providing telephone, remote and onsite support via a suite of support tools. We believe that IT support is more than just fixing a box whose light has gone out it's about supporting the people who use the technology to go about their day to day business. Some of our clients opt for an All Inclusive contract, in which monthly fees are fixed, regardless of how many support calls you make. Others opt for Variable Rate agreements (pay as you go if you like), where the costs vary according to the support needed. Velocis aim to offer flexibility in our support. Our support agreements are tailored to suit individual clients and their organisational requirements. Some want regular on-site visits included. Others do not. Some want our engineers to have remote access to user's machines,some do not. We can provide the flexibility to get your users up and running as quickly as possible. As part of a support contract we can also carry out pro-active monitoring with a view to identifying potential issues before they occur. All Velocis engineers are trained to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of technical and corporate understanding.
